Both beautiful celebrities, each on opposite sides of the planet. We’ve been following Lovi Poe’s Instagram account and we can’t help but notice the beautiful Kapuso actress’ resemblance to another Filipino-American Hollywood celeb, Vanessa Hudgens!
The funny thing is that we are aware of Lovi’s prominent lineage, but we can’t help but wonder whether she and the High School Musical alum are secretly related. Lovi and Vanessa are clearly gorgeous, and with similar facial structures like those high cheekbones and winning smiles, they look so alike they could almost be each other’s doppelgangers! Here are just some more of their uncanny coincidental similarities:
They’re of the same age (roughly).
Lovi was born on February 11, 1989, while Vanessa’s birthday falls on December 14, 1988. At this point, both of them are 28 years old, and they spend the better half of the year being the same age.
They both have mixed heritage.
Vanessa mother is Filipino while her dad is American, claiming Spanish and Chinese blood on her mother’s side, while she’s got Irish and Native American heritage on her dad’s part of the family. Meanwhile, Lovi is the daughter of the late Fernando Poe Jr. to actress Rowena Moran. FPJ’s mother is half Irish-American, while his father, Fernando Poe Sr. was half-Spanish.
They’re total #fitnessgoals!
As evidenced by the recent Bench fashion show, Lovi Poe is ripped, and constantly keeps a toned and fit physique. Meanwhile, Vanessa is known to be a fitness buff, swearing on yoga, pilates, SoulCycle, and a steady supply of avocados. No wonder she’s such in tiptop shape as well!
They look stunning with their style choices.
V is the undisputed Queen of Coachella, always slaying the annual music festival with her mind-blowing boho chic style. Meanwhile, on the red carpet, she likes to keep things on point with classic Hollywood glam.
Lovi Poe rocks a similar fashion sense, looking good in relaxed, bohemian pieces like this flowy floral dress, but she really knows how to bring on serious allure when she dresses in elegant, sophisticated pieces. Plus: they’re both fans of high slits!
