One of the most anticipated shows this year for RuPaul’s Drag Race fans is the Manila stop of It’s Jester Joke, Bianca del Rio’s world tour. The drag queen is known for her insults and razor-sharp wit, so we’re wondering what to expect during her show tomorrow and on Wednesday.
According to her, “I always say, expect the unexpected. I do have a script I go by but it depends on what happens when you’re there. The more I drink, the funnier it is.”
In previous shows, she has roasted fellow Drag Race contestants, politicians, and even her own fans. With del Rio, no one is safe.
People who might not be familiar with del Rio’s brand of humor may be shocked to hear some of her jokes but she doesn’t care.
She said, “I can say whatever the [expletive] I want, little girl. You don’t have to like it and that’s fine. Just like if I don’t like it, I don’t have to hear your opinion. We live in a world now where everyone has to be a social media warrior and they have to say “this is what I think, this is what I think needs to happen.” You don’t like it, don’t watch it.”

Del Rio is the alter ego of seasoned comic Roy Haylock, and she has well and truly taken the world by storm. She quickly became a front-runner on the 6th season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and was crowned the winner in May 2014. Being a fan-favorite throughout and after season six, she is considered by many to be the best winner of the show. She is the only contestant never to place in the bottom three in any challenge during her run and is statistically the best-performing queen overall. Del Rio is also the first Hispanic winner of Drag Race, with the second being her successor, Violet Chachki.
