Healthy Life, Happy Life! Mall Tour 2014 in Ayala Center Cebu
Healthy Food Lifestyle and Fitness Movement Ph (HFLAFM) held its 1st annual mall event, Healthy Life, Happy Life 2014, last September 20 & 21, 2014. Health and fitness-oriented activities and services were enjoyed at the healthy food, lifestyle and fitness fair to jumpstart and help maintain everyone’s journey towards a healthier, happier life.
Healthy Life, Happy Life 2014 (by HFLFM) is the Event Tour that brings awareness about health-related problems caused by stress, burnout, unpredictable weather, pollution and exposure to today’s unhealthy food and lifestyle. The Tour includes on-the-spot activities that center on healthy food and fitness, allowing participants to immediately take action upon being aware. Various activities that focus on three sectors – Health and Wellness, Food and Nutrition, Fitness and Lifestyle were implemented, making the fair a holistic one, enjoyed by fitness buffs, foodies, self-improving individuals and groups, and especially by the entire family.

Yoga Classes and Demos by Flying Yoga, Yoga Tree, and J Yoga ; Health Consultations by Nattural ; Fish Spas by Cebu Fish Spa and Foot / Back Massages by Whiteflower ; Workout Sessions by Crossfit Pintados, Metafit® Sessions and Demos by Coach Allan Uy, Soccer/Football Clinics and Demos by the Football Freestylers Cebu, Henna Tattoos and Face Painting ; Cooking Demos by the International Culinary Arts Academy Cebu and Juicing Demos by Organique ; Vitamins Samplings by Fern C ; Sports Equipment by Cris Sports and Health Equipment by Backjoy ; Crafts by the Youth Pioneer Disaster Response; and a Night-time Outdoor Zumba Party headed by Ms. Lita Quisumbing of Total Wellness Hub.
Individual health and fitness programs and sessions offered special awards to passionate participants, while offering their own programs to improve every individual’s lifestyle. Dozens of Free Products, Gift Packs and Prizes were given away in various onstage games and raffles. The event was hosted by
