When In Manila, we all have our most beloved gadgets that we need to protect. Our laptops, cellphones and cameras will not survive without a proper case to protect it (especially if your a messy klutz like myself). Hence, it’s important to find a case that does not only protect our gadgets, but keep it as sleek and classy as it should be. I bought my first black pouch from Halo to protect my camera several years ago. My camera still works perfectly today, and my case… well, it’s still hanging in there. Better the case than the camera right?
What initially drew my attention to Halo’s products were the affordable prices and their very stylish cases. I just loved the colors! And after seeing a few products from their summer collection, I’m falling in love even more! How can you not love those vibrant summer colors?
 
To officially launch their summer collection, Halo held an invite at SM North Edsa last week with no other than Mr. John Lloyd Cruz himself! To prepare for this fun event, Halo also prepared several booths for the fans to enjoy while waiting. The first booth was the “Dear John Lloyd” booth where fans were encouraged to write their messages to the young actor.

Then there was the “Hey, Say Cheese!” booth where attendees were able to take photos with John Lloyd’s standee! Still adorable even in 2D don’t you think?
Third was the “Spin to Win” booth where attendees could win instant prizes from Halo. As you see, several attendees were really trying their hand to win some free goodies from Halo.
And lastly the “Oh My Halo” booth where mall goers and attendees alike could purchase their favorite Halo products for a chance to meet John Lloyd Cruz himself.
The first 20 lucky buyers were given a free pass for a photo-op with the stunning young actor. Of course, I made sure to grab this opportunity as well.
 
As I’ve mentioned earlier, I’ve always loved Halo’s stylish array of cellphone cases, laptop bags and the like.
