Get ready to find great buys as the Ateneo Management Association brings you to the streets of Seoul with Hallyu Lane: A Weekend Bazaar, which will be held this March 10 and 11 at the UP Town Center Amphitheater.

The bazaar showcases a wide array of items from food products to sportswear, swimwear, apparel, and many more. What makes it more interesting is that most of the concessionaires are student-owned. The Ateneo Management Association (AMA), being the home organization of Management majors, seeks to promote entrepreneurship by providing avenues for Ateneans to showcase their unique ideas through their innovative products.

The theme for this year’s bazaar is Korean night market. The word “Hallyu” is a term used to refer to the global impact of the Korean culture or the so-called “Korean wave.” In this day and age, there is no denying that entrepreneurship is on the rise; ideas are getting bigger and bolder than ever. There is an increasing number of startups today which aim to have a positive impact socially and economically. Hopefully, sooner or later, just like “Hallyu,” this impact will be more evident on a global scale.

What are you waiting for? #HallYuReady to meet these young entrepreneurs and get a glimpse of their products?

Ride the Korean wave with us and we’ll see you at the UPTC Amphitheater this March 10 and 11, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM!
