i first saw it in “Ang Pinaka” show of Q11 and I don’t know the name of the place and where to find it… good thing I came blog walking here… Thanks!

Now I know that When i am In Manila (particularly Quezon City), I know where to find this extraordinarylicious dessert, the BibingCrepe!

(see! i made a new word extraordinarylicious) (“,) you can borrow it, too… haha

i wish you could also give away Bibingcrepe GCs (if they have GCs)…

my first date with my now boyfriend is with this dessert. which he called it a pancake and i keep on telling him it’s a bibingka. we only had it twice in SM the block and so sad that they said it was their last day. but the greatest memory of our first date will always be this one which he continuesly say.. it’s a pancake. =) we love it so much. thanks half moon!
