Alyanna Martinez, one of the sought after celebrity fashion stylist in the country, was up on stage first to give a talk on how one should style herself. Alyanna doing what she does best: giving out fashion advice to fashionistas!

Alyanna’s number one advice is that one should know her body type so that she’ll know what dress or clothes suits her best. It’s a must for fashionistas and Goody girls to invest in a full-body mirror, so that she’ll see if the dress or clothes that she’s wearing is matches her body type.

She said that when creating a blog, you should know what you’re writing and focus on that. She shared some pointers on how to start up a blog and the basics of blogging. Camille also some of the perks if one’s blogging is successful, like being invited to events and try out new things from brands and if lucky, be tapped as a brand ambassador. Camille was chosen as model of Mango’s Spring Summer 2012 online campaign.

I was able to ask her about negative commentaries on her blog. She said that “the key for that is to manage/moderate the comment section of your blog.” She furthered that “a person reads blogs to distress,” that’s why she encouraged the Goody girls to be “positive and don’t engage in cyber bullying.”

Last but certainly not the least to go up on stage was Divine Lee, a fashion model at the age of 14, a socialite, and businesswoman. She was tapped by the organizers to do a workshop on modeling, her segment was highly interactive. She chose Goody girls to participate in a mock photoshoot and fashion show.

She even shared some stories when she was a starting model at the age of 14 and how she gets projects by showing her character at go-sees. She advised Goody girls who are hoping to be models to accept rejections, she said that “it’s not because they don’t like you, it’s just that you’re not the look that they’re eyeing.”

Divine also taught the girls how to walk properly on the runway. She said that even if you’re new at modeling fashion show directors would expect that you know the proper way to walk on a runway and the sequencing. So, Divine shared her knowledge and critiqued the walks of the models. And with the help of a fashion photographer, she also taught the girls how to pose in front of a camera.
