This summer, Viviamo! Inc., makers of the Belle de Jour Power Planner and Navi: Your Life Navigator Journal, encourages women to stay active and productive through the BDJ Rendezvous, BDJ Community’s on-ground effort to connect and inspire the Bellas. This year’s theme entitled “Women in Action” aims to provide learnings and discussions that will inspire Millennials to be productive, purposeful and active during summer and beyond.
Happening on April 21 at the 2nd level of The Podium, BDJ Rendezvous will feature four active and talented individuals who will share their knowledge and expertise about health, wellness, and creative hobbies that you can pursue in the long run. The session will start with calligrapher Nicole Sanchez who will teach about ways to improve creative skills and basic calligraphy lessons in her talk dubbed Sharing Stories Through Art. It will be followed by health communications specialist Patricia Mirasol who will stress the importance of overall wellness.
Business and fitness enthusiast Carla Piscoso will then talk about Fusion Fitness in her session entitled Breaking the Cycle. Lastly, photographer and makeup artist Gorvachev Bernardo will share tips and techniques about basic photography, photo editing and ways to achieve visually appealing photos in his photography talk Setting The Frame.
Apart from the series of talks, Bellas are in for a number of community activities and games that is geared towards promoting camaraderie, collaboration and communication.
