What a real class act!
George Clooney dropped by a nursing home to surprise one of his biggest fans, who was celebrating her 87th birthday!
Pat Adams is a resident at the Sunrise of Sunning home, a nursing home for the elderly in Berkshire, England, and is a huge fan of the Ocean’s Eleven actor.

One of the staff had apparently written to Clooney asking if he could make Pat’s birthday wish come true and drop by, as her birthday was nearing.
According to the report, the resident absolutely loves the Oscar-winning actor and mentions every day her wish to meet Clooney.
Graciously, the 55-year-old actor dropped by at the home unannounced, showing up with a birthday card and “a lovely bunch of flowers”, with the letter from the staff in one hand as he rang the doorbell asking for Pat.
The staff was not informed that he was coming and were in utter shock when he visited.
