With the aim to apprise students with fresh ideas and new knowledge, a class of human resource development management students from Polytechnic University of the Philippines will be hosting The 3rd Annual JPMAP Conference about the different images and relevant issues in the corporate industry. The event titled Gear up, Go Forward! Prepare Yourself Towards Corporate Diversity, will be held at Claro M. Recto Hall at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Manila on September 17, 2015.
Speakers will be some of the most respected names in the corporate industry. They will talk about specific topics on the variety of dimensions in workforce that affect the performance, motivation, success and interactions of people within the circle.
The speakers will also hold an open forum wherein the attendees may ask questions about the significant concerns and dilemmas in the industry today.

The Junior People Management Association of the Philippines (JPMAP) is a national youth organization guided and supervised by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) that commits to develop and empower its members to enable them to grow from academic to professional level as future People Managers of society. JPMAP has more than 10,000 members from almost 100 chapters across the Philippines.
