If you love the hit TV show American Horror Story, you’re going to love this: FX is launching a spin-off called American Horror Stories.
According to the network on Facebook, “from the mind of Ryan Murphy comes ‘American Horror Stories.’ A new one-hour nightmare every week.”
Originally, American Horror Story tells a different story per season, mostly with the same cast. The first season was about a haunted house, followed by a mental hospital, a witches’ coven, a freakshow, then a haunted hotel. With American Horror Stories, each episode will be a self-contained story, similar to what The Twilight Zone did. According to a report from Variety, it is likely that we will see familiar players from the main show.
American Horror Story‘s 10th season has been pushed to 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The series has been renewed up to the 13th season.
