From Fine Whiskey Purveyor to Up and Coming Resto-Bar, The Distillery Fort Now Launches Its Food Menu

When in Manila, The Fort is a thriving hub where all the hip and happening bars and clubs invite the young and the wild for fun nights of partying.

Having established itself as one of the premier hang-out and drinking places of party goers, VIPs, some happy shooters, The Distillery Bar at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig has now opened its kitchen and is offering food choices for loyal patrons and new kids on the block.

Launching it’s newly introduced menu, this bar has now proven itself to be much more than a “Purveyor of Fine Whiskeys and other Libations”. After a round of Bacardi splashed with Coca-Cola, guests and patrons present at the launch got a taste of the newly added food stuff at The Distillery.

Four Cheese Pizza

I loved the tangy flavors of the four cheese pizza. The bite was just right since I like my pizza quite soft instead of being really thin and crunchy.

Buffalo Wings

Spicy food always gets the better of me! But these buffalo wings were a nice surprise–the spice didn’t overpower the flavor. For us mildly-sensitive-to-spicy-food folks, these wings offer more flavor than zing.

Burger shots and little wraps

I thought the little burger shots were adorable. Really tasty and flavorful too. As for those wraps, I wasn’t expecting the spicy flavor. But I liked it nonetheless despite the fact that I am not too keen on hot-like-lava food.

During all the clamor and buzzing going around us, I had a chat with Jacob about The Distillery. He explained that it used to be mainly a bar and a shop that meets customers booze needs. They decided to expand their business and took to creating and adding food items. in order to gain and retain more customers.

Other additional selections include beefy and cheesy nachos, chicken fried steak rice bowls, bacon mac and cheese, and fully customizable burgers.
