The newly-crowned Miss Universe, Iris Mittenaere from France stands in a photo beside Luis “Chavit” Singson, the former Ilocos Sur Governor. While both pose for the cameras, it is noticeable that it is not only Iris wearing a Ms. Universe sash, but also, Chavit Singson in a Mr. Universe sash.
He was awarded with the sash on the same day as the contest for his generous sponsorship of the world-acclaimed pageant. It is reported that he invested over $12 million dollars in this year’s Miss Universe.
