For the First Time this Century, There Will be a Full Moon on Christmas

You know what they say about full moons: it brings about madness. In fact, the word lunacy is derived from the word lunar, which describes the moon. Legend has it that insanity rises every time we see the full orb.

A rare occurrence will happen tomorrow as we will see a full moon for Christmas, the first this century. The last time this happened was in 1977, and the next one will be in 2034.
If you’re into astronomy, you better check out the moon on December 25.

There is no known evidence linking the full moon to craziness. Perhaps the only craziness we’ll see is the amount of food we’ll be able to consume, or our meddling tita who will comment on our weight gain.
