I’ve never had a facial but I’ll be damned if that’s my last!
I always thought facials (which before today I would have described as a spa for my face) were not for me. Or not for men. How wrong I was! Not only am I as happy as someone who just found an air-conditioned taxi during rush hour, I even look and feel better!
We started off with a quick consultation going over what I would be getting in my For Men facial. My consultant explained what a facial does, what it is for, and asked if I have questions. Basically it helps clean out the pores on your face, tighten skin, boost collagen levels (if you get the laser treatment) and prevent redness/break outs on your face.
The room itself was very clean, smelled good and was luckily very very quiet. Good for naps! Depending on what you get, there multiple applications to your face for the For Him facial. Cleansers, a steamer to open my pores, and some plucking and tweezing. After that was the 15 minute laser treatment for reducing wrinkles and redness, as well as boost my overall skin regeneration and health. Lastly was the face mask hardening lotion and some moisturizer!
The staff was really friendly. My attendant, Virg, happened to love all the same obscure films that I do which I thought no one but me watched! The entire process was cool, pleasing, and soothing. Even the plucking and popping of pimples was relaxing to the point were I almost fell asleep!! They know how to treat you properly at a For Him facial, and it made the experience so much better!
When in Manila, just get pampered silly by For Him, the best facial for men in the Philippines!
