The Team Lakay veteran beat MMA favorite Shinya Aoki in a stunning upset over three rounds, claiming the title of ONE Lightweight World Champion in Singapore.
Folayang’s impressive feat has brought him and Team Lakay outstanding recognition throughout Asia. Yet Folayang and longtime coach Mark Sangiao believe that there is a lot more coming after this, including defending the new title.
