Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI), the company behind the famous oven-roasted chicken that Filipinos love, Chooks-to-Go, and several retail brands like Uling Roasters and Reyal, celebrates its success in gaining international recognition for its program on people empowerment.

As part of the company’s development program, BAVI established the BAVI Toastmasters Club in 2014 which provides an avenue for employees to improve and hone their communication and leadership skills. BAVI has 14 Toastmasters clubs nationwide, all fully sponsored by the company. BAVI Toastmasters Club has bagged numerous awards from the Toastmasters International’s District 75 (Philippines) Convention, including the Crystal Globe Award and the President’s Distinguished Club Award – the highest recognition bestowed to a club by Toastmasters International.

Testament to its commitment in empowering people through Toastmasters, BAVI sent delegates to the 84th Toastmasters International Convention in Las Vegas where they celebrated achievements of Toastmasters clubs around the world. Packed with various educational sessions and public speaking competitions, the convention accorded delegates from BAVI an extraordinary learning experience that inspired them to raise their communication and leadership skills to world-class and game-changing level.
