Beer Below Zero cools beer just below its freezing point. According to its founders, this temperature is the ideal for beer because of its enhanced crispness in the taste. This technology was invented by Luigi Nuñez, Vinson Co Say and Jay-jay Angala, using science and technology to perfect the process. With Beer Below Zero, each bottle becomes ice-cold but not frozen. Perfect for any summer day (or any day, actually)!

Josephine’s Bistro in Cerritos, Los Angeles, California will be the first establishment in the US to have Beer Below Zero. Soon, they will make it available for rent.
