Extraction is an upcoming American action-thriller film directed by Steven C. Miller and written by Umair Aleem. The film stars Kellan Lutz, Bruce Willis, Gina Carano, D. B. Sweeney, Dan Bilzerian and Steve Coulter. The film hits the theatres on January 8, 2016 by Lionsgate Premiere. It is being distributed in the Philippines by OctoArts Films.
When a terrorist group kidnaps retired CIA field operative Leonard Turner (Bruce Willis), his son Harry Turner (Kellan Lutz), a government analyst who has been repeatedly turned down for field service, launches his own unsanctioned rescue operation. While evading highly skilled operatives, deadly assassins, and international terrorists, Harry finally puts his combat training to the test in a high stakes mission to find his father and to stop a terrorist plot.
Bruce Willis and Kellan Lutz have appeared in the “Expendables” film franchise. Willis appeared in parts one and two and Lutz appeared in the third film.
