We arrived Taal Vista Hotel lunch time so we went straight to the sumptuous buffet at Café on the Ridge even before checking in. There is always a wide variety of Filipino dishes plus other specialties that would definitely satisfy your food cravings. Some of which are the famous lechon (roasted pig), bulalo sa mais (beef broth with corn), dumalagang manok (braised chicken with sour plum and coconut milk), shawarma, paella, etc. For dessert, Taal Vista Hotel prepared local fruits with a twist: siniguelas gelato, chesa mousse cake, guyabano mousse cake, etc. Interesting mix of local and international food await diners.
