The UP Industrial Engineering Club will continue promoting efficiency and effectiveness as it invites you to their third ergonomics convention, ErgoCon 2019: Unifying Perspectives, to be held on January 26, 2019, at the School of Statistics – UP Diliman.
ErgoCon 2019 gathers outstanding students and young professionals nationwide. Participants are introduced to the ubiquitous role of ergonomics through interactive workshops facilitated by experts of many domains. This pioneering convention creates an avenue for the youth to engage in dynamic activities geared towards the development of the country through their specialized disciplines.
The convention will host over four (4) different fields, namely Engineering, Health & Fitness, Information Technology, and Architectural and Interior Design. Over three hundred fifty (350) participants will be attending two (2) lectures, divided according to their topic preference. In each of these fields, an expert will give a lecture about the specific topic. This will be followed by a workshop which will be facilitated by a workshop moderator and UP IE Club members. The participants from each workshop will have to come up with an output from which a winner will be chosen.
ErgoCon 2019: Unifying Perspectives is the LARGEST ERGONOMICS EVENT in Metro Manila and in the country. Co-presented by consumer giant Proctor & Gamble, the annual event is promoted thanks to media sponsors 99.5 Play FM and WhenInManila.com, and business platform SparkUp.
