ENTERTAINMENT: The ‘Jumanji’ Sequel Gets A Technological Upgrade!

In case you missed it, the 1995 hit movie Jumanji is going to get a sequel this year. Can you feel that nostalgia?

Dwayne Johnson, one of the cast members of Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, just released a clip from the movie at CinemaCon.

In the original film, Jumanji was a board game that began happening in the real world. For the sequel, the producers had scrapped the board game and are going to use a video game instead.

In the footage, four teenagers in detention discover an old video game console–Jumanji. When they turn it on and choose their avatars, they are then sucked into the fantasy world of the game.

Sounds like fun, doesn’t it?

Aside from the exciting premise, we’re also eager to see Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillian, and Nick Jonas joining The Rock in the cast.
