It looks like two of the hottest stars for romantic-comedy (rom-com) films are pairing together to create what may be the most romantic movie of the year.
John Lloyd Cruz and Jennylyn Mercado are teaming up for the first time in a rom-com film. The movie is said to be directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.
One of Cruz’s biggest hit, “One More Chance,” across Bea Alonzo was also directed by Garcia-Molina. The sequel to that film, “A Second,” was directed by Garcia-Molina as well.
After Cruz’s break-up with Angelica Panganiban, he was recently reported to have been spotted on a vacation in Balesin with Alonzo.
Meanwhile, Mercado continues to impress people on her movies especially with her recent back-to-back MMFF Best Actress awards for 2014 (English Only, Please) and 2015 (Walang Forever).
Apparently, no other details are available as of this moment. Reports just say that the two have shot scenes in Pampanga.
