After the success of her recent indie film, 100 Tula Para Kay Stella, Bela Padilla is ready to take on a new career move. It has been confirmed that the actress wrote the script for the upcoming reunion film of Piolo Pascual and Toni Gonzaga entitled Last Night.
In tweets by Star Cinema Digital Media Coordinator James Banaag, he confirmed Bela’s part in the production:

Last Night will be a reunion film for the Piolo-Toni tandem after their hit romantic film Starting Over Again in 2014. The upcoming film will be directed by Joyce Bernal.
Bela has shared that Last Night will be a dark-romantic comedy, as she is a lover of dark-themed stories.

Both Piolo and Toni are very excited about the film and has repeatedly praised Bela’s script. Toni even shared in an interview that it was the script that ultimately made her decide to do the movie.

While there’s not yet a lot of information on the upcoming film, this team of Bela Padilla, Joyce Bernal, Piolo Pascual, and Toni Gonzaga is enough to get us excited!
