It’s no secret that Filipinos love going to thrift markets.

What else is better than some good old Christmas shopping? Doing so while being serenaded by terrific live music, of course.

This coming December 23 to 25, Filipinos can enjoy the best of both worlds as Al Paradise Corporation and Alliance Gaming Station bring you ’Night Market X Music’ — a festive celebration that combines the allure of bargain shopping with performances from the hottest OPM acts in the country today.

Coming off the success of last year’s #HelpMarawi Charity Concert, this year’s three-day spectacle is made possible through a partnership with Alliance Gaming Station, and will once again take place inside the Quezon Memorial Circle.

Attendees will be treated to a wide selection of fashion and shoe stalls, toy sections, cellphone accessories, and cute souvenirs, among others.

The main attraction takes place at 5 pm onwards on Christmas Day when Princess Thea, Al James, J Roa, and hip-hop collective OC Dawgs take center stage to drop their hottest hitmakers for all the shoppers.

The event will also be hosted by the lovely Yassi Benitez.

Regular tickets are priced at P100.00 which includes one-time entry and standard queue.

Those who will avail the P250.00 VIP will come in through an express entrance and be allowed the unlimited number of re-entries.

Win Free tickets!

The spirit of giving is truly upon us, and we will be giving away 10 regular tickets and 5 VIP tickets. Three lucky winners will also have a chance for a meet and greet with all the artists.

To join the contest, just go to the Global Hoops Manila Facebook page and simply Like and Share the ‘Night Market X Music’ post along with the hashtag #NightMarketXMusic2018.

The winners will be chosen RANDOMLY, and will be announced through Facebook on December 23, 2018.

About the artists:

Al James is best known for his syrupy flow of delivering his lines and the vivid and purple imagery of his music videos. He is best known for his hits “Pahinga” and “Pa-Umaga,” while his 2017 blockbuster “Ngayong Gabi “hit #1 on Wave 89.1’s primetime hit last year.

J Roa first rose to the scene as a contestant in the fourth season of Pilipinas Got Talent, where he reached the quarter finals of the show at just 13 years old. The now 18-year-old Cebuano was also a part of the hip-hop collective group ‘Ex Battalion’, but has since embarked on a solo career.

His mega-hit “Di Ako Fuckboy” featuring indie band Agsunta is one of the most viewed acoustic hip-hop OPM songs on YouTube.

Princess Thea is one the most promising up-and-comers that made noise in Philippine hip-hop scene in 2018.

The baby-faced emcee has developed quite a social media following, with her hard-hitting tracks “Mabangis,” “Prinsesa,” and “Ituloy mo lang” becoming a favorite among the masses.

O.C. Dawgs has become a household name in the Philippine music scene for their frequent collaboration with ‘Ex-Batallion.’ The group also boasts several prominent ‘Ex-B’ members including ‘Skusta Clee’ and ‘Bullet-D,’ along with ‘JNSKE.’

The group’s music video for ‘Southboys’ became the number one hit on YouTube just hours after it was uploaded last March.

’Night Market X Music’ is also made possible by Almar Batu-aan Mangotara of Al Paradise Leasing Corporation, David Lawrence Nolasco of Alliance Gaming Station and Al Delos Reyes of Global Hoops manila
