Policies & Procedures

1. Seniors discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions

2. Membership Card is Non Transferable

3. Membership card will be presented when claiming the discount with valid id

4. Renewable yearly

5. Members who avail the reservation on weekdays and check out on the weekend are  covered for the Weekday discount.

6. Members who consume a total of Php 30,000.00 (net of discount) per month will receive a free Garden View Room with the following conditions:

                a. valid only from Monday to Thursday and subject to rooms availability

                b. the reservation should be made Two (2) weeks in advance

                c. the booking will be forfeited if cancellation is made for less than one week

                d. availment of free services should only be on a Six (6) months period otherwise it will be forfeited

7. Not applicable for Corporate Events

8. In case of lost card, 200 pesos will be charged for replacement fee

9. Membership privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promos
