Furious, Michael posted this on his facebook page. He narrates his experience driving around 4th avenue corner 32nd street in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. He says that he stopped to ask one of the enforcers a question and the enforcer gave him a violation which he paid Php 100.00. People who shared Michael’s post also points to this traffic enforcer that they have had bad experiences as well.
