This April, Marriott Manila offers a symbolic edible flower for its participation in environmental awareness month. This commemorative treat was unveiled in the recently concluded Earth Hour and available until April 30, 2015 for P430++. Have a taste of an intricately crafted dessert from flower,terracotta pot to soil.

A delectable dessert made out of dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate mascarpone Kirsch, dark cherry gelee, croquantine crunch and chocolate soil.

Marriott takes pride in its commitment to raise awareness on environmental issues and involve guests in green activities.

The hotel lined up an array of Spirit to Preserve offering that focuses on sustainable food and organic produce. Cru Steakhouse offers premium tuna creations from the Norpac Fisheries Company.

A trusted partner for their responsible environmental practices which includes reduction on waste and carbon foot print. In addition, the hotel is also doing its fair share in saving the ocean by supporting Marriott International’s sustainable seafood program called “Future Fish,” the first, large global hotel chain to adopt such a policy. Other environmentally responsible operations also include supporting local and organic farming communities. Aside from fresh greens at  Marriott Café, drop by at Java+ deli where guests can sample the Smoked Striploin Sandwich that comes with two organic salads for only P580 nett.
