Fans, rejoice: Drizzy’s new album has arrived!
The “One Dance” hitmaker has finally released his album for real, “More Life”, only it’s a “playlist”, and not an album according to Drake.
After months of releasing teasers, including Instagram posts as well as false release dates, “More Life” debuted on Drake’s OVO Sound radio show, and was available on online streaming services a few hours later.
There’s one difference between “Views” and “More Life”: his new album was not released as an Apple Music exclusive.
On the radio show, Drake’s manager and OVO host Oliver El Khatib thanked fans for their patience. Drake also joined through a phone call from London to talk about the album:
“This project is just a celebration of the fact that we’re still here, still going.”
More Life has 22 songs total, with different star-studded collaborations and features Drake’s father on the cover.
