Ever wondered if there are still cool AND budget-friendly theatrical plays around the metro? Get ready to indulge yourself as the Development Studies 122 class of the University of the Philippines Manila brings you CASERinlan!

CASERinlan, a portmanteau of CASER or the Comprehensive Agreement on Social and Economic Reforms, the most important document in the peace process and kasarinlan meaning peace is a musical intended to raise awareness about the on-going peace talks. Broken into segments that can stand on its own but is coherent as a whole, it depicts the content of the agreement and how it is significant in the ordinary Filipinos’ lives.

Watch a theatrical production like no other as the students tackle different issues about peace and nation-building through art. Awaken your inner Filipino and be thrilled with its premiere at the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) Science Hall on May 5 2017 from 2:00-4:00pm. Ticket prices are at PHP 50 each so make sure to bring your family and friends!
