It’s been more than a year since the Auto Review Road Safety Olympics launched their road safety initiative, and is now coming to a close — with the Run for Road Safety 2016: “Dusk-to-Dawn”, on May 22, 2016 at the MOA, SM By the Bay, Pasay City.
The thrilling finale that also marks the kickoff of the 2016 season, the Auto Review Road Safety Olympics “Dusk-to-Dawn” (D2D) Run event is eyed as the most exciting highlight affair ever as a chapter closes and another begins, both on the same day.
The Auto Review Run for Road Safety, now on its 7th edition, pushes the advocacy from the start all the way to the finish line with the aim to echo the essence of the road to all its users.

The fuel eco challenge, on the other hand, pits car participants in a city street competition to test their driving efficiency, as well as their observance of traffic rules and regulations.
Auto Review‘s continuous campaign for road safety is relevant, in view of the hundreds of road accidents that take place in various parts of the country every day. Many of these unfortunate incidents could be avoided if people have their safety and those of others in mind—at all times.
First starting in 2004, the Road Safety initiative has been promoting road safety awareness through the 22-year long running television show for motoring and travel, Auto Review. Part of the proceeds will go to the Philippine Global Road Safety Partnership (PGRSP), a non-profit organization that assists road accident victims, and one of the major undertakers of the United Nations-initiated Decade of Action for Road Safety.
