Â
There is no such thing as too much meat lovin’! Â When In Manila, get all your meat-craving fix at ‘Cue Modern Barbecue! ‘Cue is basically derived from the word barbecue and they are here to serve us a feast of meaty treats in traditional and innovative flavors.
Â
Cue gives off that Western country vibe but presented very classy and casual. It has a unique and welcoming vibe with its bright red doors. (I think I may have a fixation with pretty red doors.) The weather vane with the red pig on top is a sign that you’re in for a meaty good time!
Â
Why, hello. Look at those diagrams! Can’t help but fancy them! ‘Cue wants you to know what meat parts are you eating. What a fun way to educate us with the meat we eat, right?
Â
Mismatched chairs gives ‘Cue an added charm. And don’t even let me start talking about their light fixtures! I’m a fan!
Â
Free popcorn while waiting for your meal! We enjoyed it so much while catching up with each other.
Â
‘Cue has the friendliest and an attentive staff. Top service guaranteed at your visit. ‘Cue’s tables are graced with a plant-in-a-can and the cutest black piggy bank that we wanted to take home! Haha!
Â
Next are the drinks! How can you possibly say no to these thirst-quenching drinks in jars (yes, jars!)?
Â
A Skillet of Home-Style Mac and Cheese (Php375) – A paradise of yellow cheddars, aged gruyere, mozzarella, bacon and tomato. I just died and went to cheese heaven with this. If you want a cheese fix, I highly recommend this!
Â
Half-Slab Baby Back Ribs (Php645) – Dry rubbed with house-made spice rub, slow-baked then barbecued baby back ribs (Wet rubbed ribs are also available)
Â
Half-slab of tender and flavorful ribs that will make you say “Oh baby!”Â
Â
‘Cue’s Baby Back Ribs is served with both a house-made side or staple and a sauce.
Â
Oven Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower Creamed Casserole (Php115) – I’ve told you guys again and again that I am not a fan of vegetables (eep!), but this one I will happily munch on! Veggies coated with love by melted cheese, I’m yours for the taking!
 Â
Garlic Creamed Corn (P95) – You could never go wrong with corn as a side dish!
 Â
Beef Belly (Php695) – 250 grams of Beef Belly Spectacle! It is dark-ale braised then slightly charred and mustard-crusted with roasted onions.
Â
Just imaging searing through the soft meat with all the flavorful juices oozing out of it. I couldn’t say more, you will just have to try it yourself.
Â
Crisp Onion Strings (Php55) – Another one of the staple sides. It reminded me of the twister fries though!
Â
And last but not the least, our dessert! ‘Cue’s Apple Pie (Php225) with vanilla ice cream  on top and butterscotch sauce.
Â
*BURP!*
Â
That was one heck of a meat indulgence! Blood pressures  are still a-okay! Haha!
Hail the chefs of ‘Cue for their wondrous meat creations! Our tummies are happy because of you guys!
 Â
Thanks Cue and Ms. Carissa for satisfying us to the rim of our stomachs! We had an awesome feast!
Â
When In Manila and your carnivorous side is calling you, give in (sometimes) and just indulge to the meat calling, let Cue satisfy you!Â
