As a self-proclaimed Craft regular (a name my friends and I dubbed ourselves, which includes fellow When In Manila writer, Erika Ochosa), I not only look forward to the events hosted by the awesome establishment—such as Rockeoke Nights every Wednesday (which at first, I suffered from stage fright but over time got me so addicted to the stage) and Party Rock Saturdays (which features talented bands like Trinidad and Aspen Way), I also enjoy the dishes they serve, put together by head chef, Benny Liboro.

Some of their best-sellers include the mozzarella sticks—and if there’s one thing about me that everyone knows: it’s my love for mozzarella sticks. Craft’s has got to be in my list of Top 10. A must-try would also be their Wings—available in a number of flavors. Try the Classic Craft, Honey Barbecue, or the Buffalo Style and see why Craft’s Wings are the most talked about in their side of town. A burger to crave for is definitely the notorious Craft Burger, made from freshly ground US Angus beef topped with melted cheddar, horseradish sauce and crispy onions, served with thick French fries. If you’re looking for an even heavier meal, ready your belly for the juiciest flame-grilled baby back ribs, guaranteed to leave you satiated.
