Casting for yet another reboot of Spider-Man has been underway lately with Michael Keaton confirmed to play one of the villains in ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ (he’s playing The Vulture).

However, what a lot of people are more interested in knowing is: who will play Spider-Man’s love interest this time around? Will it be Mary Jane Watson? Will it be Gwen Stacy? Well, word on the street seems to be that it won’t be either one of the two, but someone completely new: someone named Michelle. In fact, pop singer Zendaya has already been cast in the mysterious role of Michelle.

These are all just rumours so far, though, and there is no confirmation that ‘Michelle’ will, in fact, be Peter Parker’s love interest in the movie. However, that news isn’t really that far-fetched, especially if they are trying to breathe new life into an already over-rebooted superhero in the movie world.
