Conor McGregor Might Not Fight For 6 Months After Breaking His Hand During Aldo Bout

Conor’s legendary 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo might not be all that it’s cracked up to be.

Reports have it that after the 27-year-old Irish fighter’s bout with Jose Aldo, McGregor might be facing a six-month medical suspension after sustaining an injury on his left wrist. McGregor will reportedly have to undergo X-ray and if positive, will be out of the ring for 6 months.

This means Conor won’t be able to fight until June 12, which would hinder his plans of gunning for the lightweight title, according to his coach John Kavanagh.

According to Kavanagh, however, it’s highly unlikely that Conor would be able to wait until June to fight again.
