Fans of American pop punk/alternative rock band Yellowcard were in for a treat last December 12, 2014 at the SM Skydome as the band returned to the Philippines for the third time.
Paving the way for Yellowcard was long-standing local favorite Urbandub, who got the crowd on its feet in anticipation for the main act.
The crowd was intimate yet energetic as Yellowcard took the stage by storm with powerful vocals and infectious energy. Beautiful violin notes fused with heated alternative rock produced Yellowcard’s signature melodic quality.
Music from their new album, Lift a Sail, took center stage in their set with a few iconic favorites thrown in such as “Only One” and “Ocean Avenue”.
Truly, it was a night to remember for both old and new fans alike as Yellowcard proves good music and true talent never gets old.
