Riverdale star and everyone’s new internet boyfriend, Cole Sprouse revealed something interesting about his time on Friends: He had a massive crush on co-star Jennifer Aniston!
Cole played Ross’s young son Ben on the show when he was seven years old. The former Disney actor would even flub his lines when he and Jen would do a scene together, because he was so smitten!
Of his infatuation with Jennifer, Cole said:
“I had a really, really hard time working with Aniston because I was so in love with her. I was infatuated. I was speechless — I’d get all bubbly and forget my lines and completely blank.”
Of course, Jen is 24 years his senior and played his onscreen dad’s love interest, but this may just be the cutest thing ever!
Cole Sprouse is doing well in transitioning from child actor to serious thespian, but we’re hoping he’s onboard for a Friends reunion.
