Cobra Regatta THE FINAL LEG 2016: “Para Kanino nga ba ang 4th Leg?”

The final leg of the exciting Cobra Regatta 2016 will be held on December 4, Sunday at Manila Bay in Roxas Boulevard.

If you happen to be in Manila this coming Sunday, you might not want to miss the 18 dragon boat teams, under Philippine Dragon Boat Federation (PDBF), who religiously train and practice in the wee hours of the morning for the past several weeks. With one goal as each team claims, “Amin ang fourth leg!” These teams compose of local paddlers from all walks of life including service men from the military, with face full of determination, will come prepared to battle and reign the waters of Manila Bay.

Cobra Regatta is made possible by the support of Cobra Energy Drink in partnership with PDBF and Create Nation as their official event organizer. This event happens quarterly in a year and this coming Sunday’s regatta is the climax of the series that began early this year. It is expected that intense and exciting races will be witnessed. With 18 teams vying in the open, mixed, and women’s division, who will cap this final leg?

Also to keep the festive season of Christmas, this event will be followed with a Christmas Party for the community of local paddlers under PDBF.  Get ready to see each team showcase their prowess as they perform on stage for their team presentation. And what team will take home the title for Mr. and Mrs. PDBF? And expect more fun games and activities all throughout the night.
