Christmas Bazaar Shopping in the Philippines is one of the craziest experiences you will ever go through. It’s pretty much like going through the Amazon Rain Forests with nothing but your instincts while being chased by a tiger. Yeah, it’s that intense. Not only is driving around the Philippines during Christmas time a complete test of one’s patience, but once you get to any of the shopping malls, the foot traffic is an even bigger test of your endurance, stamina, awareness as well as every one of your senses. You need to protect yourself, and your valuables, amidst an oncoming sloth of shop hungry zombies, while still being able to detect and accomplish your main objective, most likely to buy some posh fluffy doll for your cute little girlfriend.
So we at WhenInManila.com, were fortunate enough to be shown around one of the best bazaars in the Philippines. Our friends Chinie and Michelle of the Zonta Club of Alabang gave us a little intro and tour to their fun shopping wonderland. There was kite flying, doggie fashion shows, jumpy house inflatables, magic shows, fire dancers, a petting zoo, good food and best of all, some great shopping!
