Choi Garden SM Megamall is launched to cater to a more mass audience, introducing their casual dining set-up embodying the quality taste of the Authentic Cantonese Cuisine carried by the Choi Garden Brand.
The Cantonese Culinary Team behind Choi Garden are composed of Hong Kong chefs with numerous years in perfecting their craft. The team is proud to offer their top of line dishes that will surely bring joy to the taste buds of their customers. Starting from their well-known Peking Duck Roasting, the Live King Steam Fish from their Live Seafood Selections, Large serving of Chinese Baked Rice Meals, Rice Toppings and their Best Selling Dimsum Selection composed of the Best Asado Bun, Steamed Siomai, Steamed Hakaw, Pan Fried Radish Cake, Steamed Chicken Feet, Steamed Beef Ball, Xiao Long Pao, Old Fashion machang, Fried Spring Roll, Steamed Beancurd Roll, Choi Garden Tai Pao and Steamed Spareribs.
They are also offering Chinese Cuisine viands good for sharing such as Lemon Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Beef Ribs with Black Pepper Sauce and many more.
Choi Garden Megamall has also introduced a new way to enjoy eating noodles. This is by allowing their customers to customize their Shabu-Shabu Noodle Bowl. Customers get to choose their type of Noodle (Ramen/Hongkong Noodle/ Hongkong Bihon/ Sotanghan), Soup Base (Double Boiled Pork Bone/ Szechuan Spicy Soup) and Choose 3 Toppings from the selection(Gindara Tofu, Sea Urchin Bun, Squid Ball, Crab Sticks, Fried Squid Cake, Cheese Fish Bun, Mushroom Ball, Braised Pig Knuckle, Asado, Beef Brisket Tendon, HK Beef Ball and HK Curry Fish Ball) and it comes automatically with Soy Egg, Best Asado Bun and Choi Garden House Blend Ice Tea. Majority of the ingredients were imported in Hong Kong to maintain the quality taste.
