Turtles All the Way Down John Green

Fans of The Fault in Our Stars and Paper Towns, we have great news for you: author John Green has a new novel coming out and the cover is here!

The new novel will be called Turtles All the Way Down and is reportedly about 16 year old Aza Holmes, a young girl who deals with mental illness while investigating the disappearance of a fugitive billionaire. According to its publisher, Dutton Books, it’s about “lifelong friendship, the intimacy of an unexpected reunion, Star Wars fan fiction, and tuatara. But at its heart is Aza Holmes, a young woman navigating daily existence within the ever-tightening spiral of her own thoughts.”

The book is going to be released on October 10.

According to Green, “I’ve been working on Turtles All the Way Down for years, and I’m so excited to share it with readers this October. This is my first attempt to write directly about the kind of mental illness that has affected my life since childhood, so while the story is fictional, it is also quite personal.”

Green previously wrote the novels The Fault in Our Stars, Paper Towns, and Looking For Alaska to great success. The first two have become their own hit films, which means there’s the possibility that Turtles All the Way Down will have its own adaptation.
