Gearing up for its 25th Anniversary, CFC Youth for Christ International Conference is themed “FULLBLAST” with an anchor verse from 2 Timothy 1:6: “For this reason, I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.”
This year’s conference will gather 10,000 Youth for Christ all over the world, not just to celebrate, but also to ignite the fire that burns within each YFC. The conference will run from April 13 – 15, 2018 with pastoral sessions, competitions, workshops, parish encounter and other activities that will surely bring the young people closer to God.
In its continuous pursuit of evangelizing the young, the silver year celebration drives the youth to a wonderful Metro Manila experience where they can bring their faith to greater heights.
Before the conference proper, the participants will be immersed in the different advocacies through the Social Actions. It is a pre-ICON activity that will cater the young people to different ANCOP Sites in Metro Manila, namely, our Lady of Banneux, Bane Bataan, San Vicente 1 Tarlac, San Vicente 2 Tarlac, and Paniqui, Tarlac. They will create a relevant impact on the society by being pro-life (100% Free), advocates for the environment (G-Project), creating a culture of excellence (A+), and by being a revolution of uplifting the poor (RevUp). The Social Actions will run from April 10 – 12, 2018.
At the end of Social Actions, a 100% Party awaits the participants as they also take off for the 25th year celebration.
The whole ministry is hopeful that more than its 25 years mark; the young people will continue to be and bring Christ wherever they are.
