CCA Manila’s Young Chefs Culinary Tricks and Kitchen Discovery Class

When In Manila, and you’re looking for a great way for your kids to spend their summer,  try out CCA Manila’s Young Chefs Culinary Tricks (YCCT) and Kitchen Discovery Class (KDC).  The YCCT is designed for kids and teenagers who want to learn — and enjoy – cooking or baking while the KDC is for anyone who wants to discover if he or she can survive the pressure and rigors of a kitchen.

Before I even show you the mouth-watering stuff these culinary whizzes made, these are the invaluable things my 10 year-old kid learned on this culinary adventure (“My First Crack at Cooking” class) :

1.  Taking turns

 

2. Teamwork

 

3.  Hygiene and cleanliness

 

4. Respect for authority.

5. Proper way of doing things and doing it with love.
