Caviar, which stands for luxury and elegance, is a restaurant owned by Frank van Der Walle (Chef) who had an 8 years experience as a Chef in Europe together with his brother, Bastiaan van Der Walle (Sommelier) who was formerly affiliated with one of the largest suppliers of fine vintage wines in Southeast Asia. They came up with a concept of bringing European dishes here in our country.Â
