On a YouTube video uploaded by dashcamJournalsPH, you can see how a group of kids throw rocks on moving traffic along C5.
On the video, you can see the kids standing on an elevated area on an overpass between the boundary of Makati City and Taguig City along C5. You will see the kids picking up rocks and then throwing them on moving traffic below.
The video started at a point where the kids are already on the elevated part of the overpass. It is not clear if the rocks they threw are already there or they brought it with them.
According to reports, the video has already been brought to the attention of Taguig police chief S/Supt. Ramil Ramirez, who says they are now coordinating with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to rescue the children.
But how about the welfare of the motorists who became victims to this?
