Your crawl North is about to get Lit! Be ready, as Castaway Music Festival 2017 ignites seven major cities with its most explosive, most extravagant, and most sought after the celebration of local and international music icons!
This year, Castaway Music Festival is lighting up SM North Luzon malls with a bold promise of topping last year’s record-breaking celebration. Castaway Music Festival organizers mapped the perfect concert tour experience for festivalgoers. It is set to offer varying concert themes and music genres lining up artists and bands in different SM North Luzon mall locations.

Your first day begins at SM City San Fernando Downtown which breaks away to an unplugged kind of evening with its acoustic and easy listening artists of choice featuring Barbie Almalbis, EbeDancel, Aia de Leon, AcelBisa, and Kitchie Nadal – all these happening on April 6, Thursday at The Roof Deck.
Still have a hangover on your first day of Castaway? Just hang on in there because there is more on the second day.
On April 7, Friday, head over to SM City Clark’s The Meeting Place, this time, dancing to the beat of electronic dance music from Manila DJ’s Mars Miranda, Katsy Lee, Patty Tiu, Tom Taus, MC Pao, MC MJ with never before collaboration with international DJ’s Jekey from Hong Kong, La Crème from Thailand, and KC Plays from Indonesia.
And it just gets even more exciting as we cap (meantime) the first week of April with an ultimate throwback of your 80s and 90s jam. This is what your third day of crawl is about at the longest mall in the Philippines, SM City Pampanga. Watch Parokya Ni Edgar, True Faith, South Border, Rivermaya and Ely Buendia fire up the stage with their back-to-back hits on April 8, Saturday at The Amphitheatre.
The Castaway Fever continues after the Holy Week…
From the stillness and silence brought about by the observance of Holy Week, one may opt to go on a thrilling entertainment from Spongecola, Sud and Jason Fernandez — these on your fourth day of crawl on April 21, Friday, 7pm at the 5th Level Car Park.
What’s up on your fifth day?
From Tarlac, you can head all the way up north at SM City Baguio and enjoy the cool breeze coupled perfectly with song performances fromno less than Gloc 9, Sandwich and Silent Sanctuary on April 22, Saturday, 7pm at The Drive.
The crawl continues on the last weekend of April.
On April 28, Friday, rave with the crowd at Open Car Park of SM City Cabanatuan as it hosts the hottest Manila-based DJs — to spice up the evening are Ace Ramos, Ron Poe, Jet Boado, X Factor, Jennifer Lee, ArraPascual, Kidwolf, Victor Pring, Mc Boo and Mc Jams.
And punctuate your seventh and last day of crawl with another drive back to the 80’s and 90’s at SM City Baliwag, April 29, Saturday at the Open Car Park. Celebrations will be led by popular bands from these eras promising to reintroduce some of the best songs to the party crowd.

Get your tickets early. Redemption of tickets begins March 19 in all participating malls. One thousand-peso worth of purchases guarantees you one General Admission pass and five thousand pesos for a VIP pass by presenting single of accumulated receipts.
