On Tuesday night (Wednesday morning in the Philippines), while the United States of America is electing their new president, the Government of Canada’s immigration website kept crashing intermittently.
According to reports, the website went down at around 10:30 pm Eastern Time Tuesday.
Afterwards, it has been inaccessible intermittently.

The results of the US election are still coming in so we just have to wait and see until their new leaders are formally announced.
