Korea Dance Weight Loss

We’ve all done different things to lose weight: go to the gym, go on crazy diets, starve ourselves. But can our dream body be achieved with a simple choreography from Korea? According to reports, this dance is supposed to help you lose weight. Can it be true?

The cardio hiphop dance routine was developed by Josh and Bamui, two Korean YouTubers who choreographed it to Iggy Azalea’s “Mo Bounce.” It’s supposed to help you lose 10 kilograms or 22 pounds in two weeks.

Danse Jin, a fellow Korean YouTuber, even supports the claim. She said, “I think this dance will be super helpful to people looking to lose weight. This dance isn’t about whether you dance well or not. It’s about whether you do it passionately.”

Josh and Bamui have also created other choreography that will help with weight loss. Other videos include songs from Flo-Rida, Imagine Dragons, Psy, Ed Sheeran, and more.

Many of their videos have more than a million views.
