Calderon: Little Baguio’s Spanish Haven

Born out of genuine love for Spanish Cuisine, circle of friends Monchet, Marmi, and Angela decided to start a place where they can hangout, chill and just enjoy catching up with each other’s stories–thus Calderon. Since they believe that you have to be hands on to the business for it to be successful, they have decided to open it in an area where it is convenient for the three of them to manage. Located at F. Calderon Street in Little Baguio, San Juan City, Calderon has become a usual dining place for families and friends living around the area.

Upon entering Calderon, we were welcomed by Ms. Angela and her staff. While waiting for our table to be set on the first floor, we took the chance and checked out their second floor. Unlike the first floor, the second floor was more spacious and can accommodate larger groups of people. Tables were set mostly for family dining and one set was like  for drinking since it has tall chairs with a high table–similar to what you see in a bar.

Classy, comfortable and cozy–3 Cs that would describe the interior of Calderon.
