Cafe Noriter: A Playground and Cafe Rolled Into One

 

 

This bulletin board at Cafe Noriter shows polaroids of different places around the world. For the eyes of traveler, it looks like a list of the places that could be part of a bucket list. It’s as if I’m drawing a plan of the countries and spots that I want to visit!

This is only one of Cafe Noriter’s  massive cupboards filled with cups designed by guests.

 

 

While waiting for your food, you can use the multi-colored pencils on the shelf and let your artistic juices flow. You can draw anything you like on the cups. This is free for dining consumers in Cafe Noriter, so just sketch to your heart’s content!

 

 

I have loved fashion designing ever since I was a little girl. Although I was not able to pursue it for my studies, I still find myself sketching dresses or some random OOTDs (Outfits of the Day). My Cafe Noriter cup was not spared from my flair for fashion as I filled mine with fashion sketches.

 

 

My cup will later be part of the extensive collection in Cafe Noriter.

 

After a while, my friends and I started to do what we do best: eat (partly true)! As a dessert lover and since it was tea time, we decided to give in to our sweet tooth and settle for  cakes.

A common and unwritten fact: most cafes are notorious for offering expensive but mediocre food (sometimes even worse: meals that are a total waste of money). I always find myself coming back to places that give quality for the money.
